METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING DATA, FORWARD TRANSMISSION DEVICE AND CASCADED NETWORKING

The embodiments of the present invention relate to a method for transmitting data, a forward transmission device and cascaded networking. The method comprises a forward transmission device receiving maintenance and management information sent by a higher-level device, wherein the maintenance and management information comprises an identifier of a target device, and the maintenance and management information is used for a baseband device to manage the target device; when the forward transmission device determines that the forward transmission device is the target device, processing the maintenance and management information, obtaining first response information responding the baseband device, and sending the first response information to the higher-level device; and when the forward transmission device determines that the forward transmission device is not the target device, sending the maintenance and management information to a lower-level device. The method for transmitting data, the forward transmission device and the cascaded networking of the embodiments of the present invention can avoid complex networking and high device costs because two network managers are used to separately manage a wireless device and a forward transmission device, and realize the management requirements of a baseband device for a forward transmission device.
