Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for treating immune diseases by using a calcineurin inhibitor and stem cells together. A pharmaceutical composition, provided in the present invention, comprising a calcineurin inhibitor and mesenchymal stem cells can provide immunosuppressive activity at a level remarkably higher than that of immunosuppressive activity obtained using conventional calcineurin inhibitors or mesenchymal stem cells, and thus can be used in more effective prevention or treatment of immune diseases induced by hyperimmunity.
