A method for treating an inner peripheral face (2) in a fluororesin tubular film (1) such as a PFA tubular film to be covered on the outer peripheral face of an elastic layer formed of rubber such as silicone rubber in a roller. This method comprises the steps of inserting an electrode into a space (4) surrounded by an inner peripheral face (2) of a fluororesin tubular film (1), introducing gas into the space (4), immersing at least a part of the fluororesin tubular film (1) in an electrically conductive liquid while avoiding the entry of the liquid into the space (4), and generating plasma of gas in the space (4). There are also provided a fluororesin tubular film (1) produced by this method, a roller using the fluororesin tubular film (1), and an apparatus for treating the inner peripheral face of a fluororesin tubular film (1).
