Abstract:
There is provided a method for updating function meta data of digital item as follows. A first DID document containing function meta data of the digital item is received from a server. A second DID document containing an update unit of the function meta data is received from the server. The first DID document is processed by a DID parser. The function meta data is extracted from the first DID document. The second DID document is processed by the DID parser. An updating unit of the function meta data is extracted from the second DID document. According to the update unit, the function meta data is updated to obtain updated function meta data.
