Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a cell (e.g., AMD-associated cell, such as RPE) comprising a polypeptide capable of reversing phase separation and/or preventing the formation of drusen, a polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide, and/or a vector comprising the polynucleotide. Also provided is a method of treating AMD and/or reversing/preventing the formation of drusen using the polypeptide provided herein, a polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide, a vector comprising the polynucleotide and/or a cell (e.g., AMD-associated cell, such as RPE) provided herein.
