Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a resourceful treatment system and process method for acrylic acid and ester waste liquid. Acrylic acid and ester wastewater is treated by a nanofiltration device, then enters an alkali adding device to adjust the pH value of nanofiltration produced water to be 6-7, and enters an electrodialysis device for electrodialysis carbon source recovery treatment; the electrodialysis produced water treated by the electrodialysis device is concentrated by using a reverse osmosis device, so that a water recovery rate is 75-85%, the COD of reverse osmosis produced water is 1000-2000 mg/L, and the reverse osmosis produced water directly enters a biochemical system for biochemical treatment; and nanofiltration concentrated water and reverse osmosis concentrated water are mixed and enter an incineration system for waste incineration treatment. According to the present invention, the whole treatment process is low in cost, 65-70% of wastewater can be reduced, the recovery concentration of sodium acetate is 18-25%, partial resource utilization of acrylic acid and ester wastewater is realized, and the method is energy-saving, environmentally-friendly, and suitable for popularization and application.
