Title:
MICRO ANALYSIS CHIP, ELECTROLYTE CONCENTRATION MEASURING SYSTEM, AND ELECTROLYTE CONCENTRATION MEASURING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/054095
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a micro analysis chip with which it is possible to ensure a sufficient contact surface area between a specimen and an ion-selective membrane and a sufficient quantity of the specimen that reacts with the ion-selective membrane, and which has excellent measuring sensitivity and ion selectivity. The following micro analysis chip is provided in order to solve this problem. That is, the micro analysis chip has a flow passage region that is enclosed by a flow passage wall provided inside a porous substrate, wherein: the flow passage region includes a first flow passage chamber, a second flow passage chamber, and a flow passage joining the first flow passage chamber and the second flow passage chamber; the first flow passage chamber includes a reference electrode; the second flow passage chamber includes a working electrode; the working electrode is covered by an ion-selective membrane that includes a component having ion selectivity; and an exposed surface of the ion-selective membrane constitutes a dispensing portion onto which the specimen is dispensed.
