Abstract:
The present invention provides a micro-interface fermentation system and a fermentation method using same. The micro-interface fermentation system comprises a fermentation tank and a control system, a microbial strain liquid inlet and a material liquid inlet are formed at the top of the fermentation tank to allow for feeding of a microbial strain liquid and a material liquid, and liquid outlets are formed at the bottom of the fermentation tank to allow for discharge of a fermentation product; a liquid injector and micro-interface generators are arranged in the fermentation tank, two micro-interface generators are provided and arranged in parallel at the lower part of the fermentation tank from top to bottom, the liquid injector is arranged at the upper part of the fermentation tank, cleaning water inlets and air inlets are formed on the sidewall of the fermentation tank, the air inlets are communicated with the micro-interface generators by means of pipes, and the air inlets have one-to-one correspondence to the micro-interface generators. The fermentation method comprises the following steps: breaking cleaning water into micron-sized microdroplets to clean the interior of a fermentation tank; and breaking and dispersing air by means of micro-interfaces, mixing the air with a microbial strain liquid and a material liquid for aerobic fermentation, and discharging and collecting a fermentation product. The micro-interface fermentation system of the present invention solves the problem in the prior art of low fermentation efficiency resulting from that air and a fermentation liquid cannot be fully mixed in a fermentation tank, and saves the labor costs of cleaning and on-site operation.
