A micro light-emitting diode display panel, comprising a thin-film transistor substrate (10), a bottom electrode (20) arranged on the top of the thin-film transistor substrate (10), a micro light-emitting diode chip (30) arranged on the bottom electrode (20), a top electrode (40) arranged on the top of the micro light-emitting diode chip (30), and a first passivation layer (50) covering the thin-film transistor substrate (10) and the micro light-emitting diode chip (30), wherein a plurality of bottom electrodes (20) are arranged in an array at intervals on the top of the thin-film transistor substrate (10), and the bottom end of the bottom electrode (20) extends to communicate with a source electrode or drain electrode (100) of the thin-film transistor substrate (10). A method for manufacturing a micro light-emitting diode display panel. The micro light-emitting diode chip (30), which is connected to the bottom electrode (20) and the top electrode (40), is directly manufactured on the thin-film transistor substrate (10), so that the thickness of the display panel is greatly reduced, and a narrow-frame display effect can also be achieved. Moreover, the micro light-emitting diode chip (30) is next to the entire first passivation layer (50), so that multiple manufacturing processes are not needed and the manufacturing process is simplified.
