Abstract:
An OLED panel, comprising a substrate (10), a cover plate (20), an organic light-emitting layer (30) arranged between the substrate (10) and the cover plate (20), a water-blocking layer (40) for packaging the organic light-emitting layer (30) on the surface of the substrate (10), and an annular composite packaging material layer (50) arranged between the substrate (10) and the cover plate (20), wherein the composite packaging material layer (50) is arranged around the water-blocking layer (40) and seals the organic light-emitting layer (30) and the water-blocking layer (40) between the substrate (10) and the cover plate (20), and the composite packaging material layer (50) is a nano resin material. Further disclosed is a method for manufacturing an OLED panel. Thus, a nano resin material with good adhesive strength and toughness is used as a packaging material for an OLED panel. Both compactness and water- and oxygen-blocking properties can be taken into consideration. Thus, a sealant and a moisture absorbent are replaced, thereby realizing narrow-frame packaging for a large-sized OLED device.
