Abstract:
Provided is a micro-magnetic liquid suspension centrifugal blood pump, which is an apparatus that integrates a pump and a motor, said blood pump comprising: a pump housing, a rotor (11), an impeller wheel (12), a servo motor, an inner magnetic core set (5), an outer magnetic ring set (4), a position-limiting apparatus, and a suture clip ring apparatus; the rotor (11) and impeller wheel (12) are seamlessly connected as one piece, the rotor (11) is arranged in an inner tube (7) of the blood pump, and the rotor (11) is driven by the servo motor to drive the impeller wheel (12) to perform work; the inner core set (5) is placed at the lower end inside the rotor (11), and the outer magnetic ring set (4) is nested vertically inside in the lower housing (18) of a pump chamber, and the combination of the internal and external magnets causes radial magnetic suspension of the impeller (12); a ceramic piece (14) and a ceramic cone (15) constitute a position-limiting temporary bearing; an inclined surface (13) is at the top end of the blades of the impeller (12), and can cause liquid suspension during operation of the pump. The rotor (11) and impeller wheel (12) of the apparatus can operate smoothly in suspension, overcoming the frictional effects of mechanical bearings; the structure inside the pump is simple and smooth, and significantly reduces hemolytic and thrombotic complications; the blood pump has a small size and is light in weight, surgery is thus less invasive, and safety and practicability are improved.
