Abstract:
A micro-structure scintillator device having high light extraction efficiency comprises a substrate (1), a reflective layer (2) provided at the substrate (1), a micro structure, and scintillators (3). The micro structure and the scintillator (3) are provided at the reflective layer (2). The micro structure is a mesh structure. The scintillators (3) are inserted into respective meshes (4) and integrally formed with the micro structure. The present invention can reduce deformation of a spectrum, and facilitates maintaining a consistent spectral response of a detector.
