Abstract:
This microchannel device is provided with a flow channel through which a liquid flows, a glass substrate in which a groove constituting the flow channel is formed, and a cover substrate that closes the groove. The microchannel device is provided with a bonding film that bonds the glass substrate and the cover substrate. The bonding film is made of an inorganic substance containing a metal element.
