Abstract:
The present invention relates to a microfluidic channel device for reconstructing a hippocampal neural circuit, and a method for reconstructing a hippocampal neural circuit by using the same. More specifically, the microfluidic channel device for reconstructing a hippocampal neural circuit can comprise: a substrate (30); and a microfluidic channel device (10) layered on the substrate (30), wherein the microfluidic channel device (10) has three cell culture channels (11a, 11b, 11c) for cell culturing and microchannel parts (23a, 23b, 23c) for connecting at least two of the plurality of cell culture channels (11a, 11b, 11c).
