A microfluidic dielectrophoresis separation apparatus and a method for manufacturing same. The microfluidic dielectrophoresis separation apparatus comprises: a microfluidic channel (1); and an electrode (2), provided corresponding to the microfluidic channel (1). The electrode (2) comprises a first electrode region (21) and a second electrode region (22) arranged in sequence in a flowing direction of a fluid. The first electrode region (21) is close to an inlet of the microfluidic channel (1). A side of a first grounding electrode (211) facing the interior of the microfluidic channel (1) is a curved electrode array,. The first grounding electrode (211) is located on two sides of the first electrode region (21). A second central electrode (222) located in the middle of the second electrode region (22) is a lemon-shaped electrode array. Respective structures of the electrode (2) and the microfluidic channel (1) are designed, such that a pre-aggregation operation is not needed. Mutual assistance between the electrode (2) and the microfluidic channel (1) achieves efficient particle separation. In addition, integration performance of the apparatus is significantly improved, the difficulty of mutual integration or cooperation with an external device is reduced, and the applicability of the apparatus is improved.
