Abstract:
A microlens array substrate (200) and a preparation method therefor, and a display device. The microlens array substrate (200) comprises: a substrate (1); a microlens film layer (2), which is arranged on a side of the substrate (1), wherein the microlens film layer (2) comprises at least one microlens array (3), and the microlens array (3) comprises a plurality of microlenses (4) and a spacer portion (7) between two adjacent microlenses (4); a barrier layer (5), which is arranged on the side of the microlens film layer (2) away from the substrate (1), and an orthographic projection of at least part of the barrier layer (5) on the substrate (1) overlaps with an orthographic projection of the microlens (4) on the substrate (1); and a light shielding layer, which is arranged on the side of the microlens film layer (2) away from the substrate (1) and comprises at least one light shielding pattern (6), wherein an orthographic projection of the at least one light shielding pattern (6) on the substrate (1) overlaps with an orthographic projection of the spacer portion (7) on the substrate (1). A self-alignment technology is used for the microlens (4) and the light shielding pattern (6), which has an extremely high alignment accuracy.
