Abstract:
Provided is a microparticle fractionating device capable of fractionating only desired microparticles with high efficiency and high purity. The present technology provides a microparticle fractionating device comprising: a main flow path through which a first liquid containing microparticles passes; a collection flow path in communication with the main flow path; an actuator that performs a suction operation for suctioning the microparticles by generating a negative pressure in the collection flow path, and suction and discharge operations by generating a pressure change in the collection flow path; and a control unit that applies a drive voltage to the actuator and controls the drive interval from the suction operation to the discharge operation by the actuator and/or the drive time from the suction operation to completion of the discharge operation by the actuator.
