Abstract:
The first aspect of the present invention provides a microporous filter cloth. The filter cloth is provided with micropores, the pore diameter of the micropores ranges from 3 µm to 200 µm, the filter cloth can be used to filter a cell lysis solution to separate and remove a macromolecular substance, a filtrate contains nucleic acid molecules, and the macromolecular substance comprises an intracellular protein. The second aspect of the present invention provides a filter device for nucleic acid separation. The present invention also provides an application of the microporous filter cloth or the provided filter device for nucleic acid separation in nucleic acid extraction.
