Abstract:
A microwave dielectric ceramic and a preparation method therefor. The microwave dielectric ceramic comprises the following components: MgiAxOy+i, wherein A is selected from one of Sn, Si, and Al, i is in the range between 1 and 2, x is in the range between 1 and 2, y is in the range of between 2 and 3, and the content of the MgiAxOy+i in the microwave dielectric ceramic is 91%-96% by mass; BaCu(B2O5) having a content of 2%-5% by mass; and at least one of CaTiO3, Mg2TiO4, and MgTi2O5, the sum of the contents of the CaTiO3, Mg2TiO4, and MgTi2O5 being 2%-4% by mass. The microwave dielectric ceramic has an excellent dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, and relatively low sintering temperature.
