Abstract:

This microwave heating device has a configuration comprising: a heating chamber (103); and, at an upper wall surface (108) which is at least a part of the wall surface forming the heating chamber (103), a reflection angle control device (118) for controlling the microwave reflection angle to control the stationary wave distribution within the heating chamber (103). In this manner, when a microwave emitted from the microwave radiation device (104) is reflected by the wall surface without being absorbed by an object to be heated (102), the reflection angle of the microwave is controlled by the reflection angle control device (118), thus the stationary wave distribution within the heating chamber (103) can be controlled so as to be different from a conventional distribution, and local heating capabilities can be improved.
