Abstract:
Disclosed is a microwave pre-splitting-type hard rock tunnel boring machine cutterhead (10). A front face of the cutterhead (10) is provided with several microwave emission outlets (1), wherein wave transmitting protection plates (12) are mounted at outer end orifices of the microwave emission outlets. The cutterhead (10) is internally provided with several microwave generation mechanisms in the same quantity as that of the microwave emission outlets (1) and corresponding to same on a one-to-one basis. There are two distribution modes of the several microwave generation mechanisms inside the cutterhead (10). Each of the microwave generation mechanisms comprises a microwave source (2), a magnetron (3), a rectangular waveguide (4), a circulator (5) and a microwave-focusing radiator (6), wherein the microwave source (2) is connected to the magnetron (3), the magnetron (3) is connected to one end of the rectangular waveguide (4), the other end of the rectangular waveguide (4) is connected to a first port of the circulator (5), a second port of the circulator (5) is connected to the microwave-focusing radiator (6), and the microwave-focusing radiator (6) comprises a standard waveguide segment (7), an impedance matching segment (8) and a compressed radiation segment (9).
