Abstract:
A microwave steam oven (100), comprising: an oven body (110), a hollow portion inside the oven body (110) forming a cooking cavity (101); a microwave generation unit (120) configured to generate microwaves and conduct the microwaves into the cooking cavity (101), so as to heat food to be heated; a heating device (130) and a hot air fan (140) configured to form heat generated by the heating device (130) into hot air and feed same into the cooking cavity (101); a temperature sensor (150) configured to sense the temperature of the hot air; and a sensor microwave shielding hood (10) comprising a hood body (11), wherein the hood body (11) comprises a plurality of holes (12), the holes (12) are configured to shield the microwaves from entering the sensor (150) from the microwave shielding hood (10), and the hood body (11) is of a columnar structure and has a non-planar structure (13) on the side facing the hot air, wherein along a hot air direction, the cross-sectional area of the non-planar structure (13) in a plane perpendicular to the hot air direction is gradually increased. According to the microwave steam oven (100), tighter packaging and strong microwave shielding for the temperature sensor (150) can be achieved, and the measurement is more accurate.
