Abstract:
A microwave steaming oven (100) and a cooking method (200) implemented by means of the microwave steaming oven (100). The microwave steaming oven (100) comprises: a box body (110), a cooking cavity (101) being formed in a hollow portion of the interior of the box body (110); a microwave generating unit (120) configured to generate microwaves and conduct the microwaves into the cooking cavity (101) to heat food to be heated; a heating device (130) and a hot air fan (140) which are configured to enable heat generated by the heating device (130) to form hot air and convey the hot air into the cooking cavity (101); a steam generator (150) configured to generate steam and blow the steam into the cooking cavity (101); and a circulating fan (160) configured to increase air flow in the cooking cavity (101), such that the hot air and/or the steam are/is uniformly distributed in the cooking cavity (101). Multi-dimensional air circulation can be implemented in the microwave steaming oven (100), the requirements of hot air and steam uniformity in food processing are better satisfied, and the taste of cooked food is improved.
