Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mixed combustion treatment apparatus for organic residue waste resources for combustion treatment of organic contaminants and digested sludge, the apparatus comprising: a drying conveyor unit which receives the contaminants and sludge from a contaminants storage tank and a digested sludge storage tank and, while causing a mixture thereof to move, dries the same by applying heat; a condenser that recovers and condenses steam generated in the drying conveyor unit to send condensed water which is wastewater to a wastewater treatment plant and send uncondensed gas to a deodorizing fan; a combustion furnace which primarily combusts in a horizontal combustion furnace by inputting, into the horizontal combustion furnace, digested waste resources which are a mixture of the contaminants and the digested sludge, which are dried and discharged from the drying conveyor unit, and secondarily combusts, in a vertical combustion furnace, uncombusted substances uncombusted in the primary combustion process; a waste heat recovery boiler that recovers high-temperature waste heat of an exhaust gas from which ash discharged from the combustion furnace is removed, and sends the same to the drying conveyor unit; a cyclone dust collector that removes the ash by passing the exhaust gas of which the temperature has decreased by passing through the waste heat recovery boiler, and that removes acidic substances and dioxins contained in the exhaust gas by spraying slaked lime and activated carbon powder at the exhaust side of the exhaust gas; and a filtering unit that passes the exhaust gas discharged from the cyclone dust collector so as to pass foreign matter included in the exhaust gas through a filter such that the foreign matter is filtered and discharged.
