Abstract:
A weight cell capable of elastically applying a weight bit width according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first selection transistor connected to a first wordline, a first bitline, and a second selection transistor; the second selection transistor connected to a second wordline, a second bitline, and the first selection transistor; and a PMOS transistor connected to the second bitline and an input, wherein the first bitline is connected to an output, the second bitline is connected to the input through the PMOS transistor, the first wordline is arranged orthogonal to the first bitline, and the second wordline is arranged orthogonal to the first wordline and the second bitline.
