Abstract:
A vehicle dispatch device for a mixed freight/passenger loading system according to the present invention: acquires a delivery request including at least a collection point and a delivery point for a package, and a vehicle dispatch request including at least a boarding point and a drop-off point for a passenger; detects a candidate vehicle, which is a candidate for a service vehicle for carrying the package and the passenger, on the basis of the acquired collection point for the package or the acquired boarding point for the passenger; calculates, on the basis of the delivery request and the vehicle dispatch request, a candidate route that the detected candidate vehicle should take in order to go through the collection point and the delivery point for the package when the passenger is not in the vehicle; sets the calculated candidate route as a travel route for carrying the package and the passenger; and dispatches, as a service vehicle for carrying the package and the passenger, the candidate vehicle for the candidate route set as the travel route.
