Abstract:

A mixed reality display system 10, in which a server 1 is connected to a plurality of mixed reality display terminals 3a, 3b (hereinafter referred to simply as terminals) via a network 2, displays virtual objects in real space in a mixed manner. These virtual objects include shared virtual objects, which the plurality of terminals are authorized to operate, and personal virtual objects, which are each operated by only a particular authorized terminal of the plurality of terminals. The server has virtual object attribute information 239 for causing each terminal to display virtual objects, and each terminal is provided with an operation detection unit which detects a user's operation to switch between a shared virtual object and a personal virtual object. Upon receiving, from a terminal, information about an operation detected by the operation detection unit of the terminal, the server updates the virtual object attribute information on the basis of whether the virtual object indicated by the detected operation is a shared virtual object or personal virtual object, and transmits updated virtual object data to each terminal.
