Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a device and a method for realizing uniformization when filling of a dispensing container during production of a mixed refrigerant device, uniformization of a compositional makeup when a heat pump cycle is filled with mixed refrigerant, and uniformization of a compositional makeup of mixed refrigerant when the heat pump cycle is operated. [Solution] The present invention has: a raw material container that preserves a mixed refrigerant in a state where the mixed refrigerant is separated into a liquid phase and a gas phase; a gas-liquid mixing device that uniformly mixes the liquid phase and the gas phase; a pump that introduces the liquid phase and the gas phase of the mixed refrigerant while weighing the liquid phase and the gas phase from the raw material container and that transfers the liquid phase and the gas phase to the gas-liquid mixing device; and a pump for transferring the mixed refrigerant in the gas-liquid mixing device to a dispensing container while weighing the mixed refrigerant after operation of the gas-liquid mixing device for a predetermined time period. A mixed refrigerant container is disposed midway along a pipe of the heat pump cycle, is filled with a refrigerant, and is configured such that the refrigerant is circulated in the mixed refrigerant container during operation of a heat pump after being filled with the refrigerant. Further, a gas-liquid mixing function is provided in the mixed refrigerant container.
