Abstract:
The invention relates to a mixer, a dough making machine, a dough sheet making method, a noodle making machine and a noodle making method. The mixer (100) is used for mixing powdery materials with a liquid and comprises: a mixing barrel (110), a feed opening (111), a liquid injection opening (112), a discharge opening (113), and a mixing shaft (120). The mixing shaft (120) is arranged in the mixing barrel (110) in a manner of being coaxial with the mixing barrel (110) and can rotate in the mixing barrel (110), a plurality of strip-shaped mixing vanes (121) are arranged on the surface of the mixing shaft, and the plurality of strip-shaped mixing vanes (121) comprise: a plurality of first mixing vanes (121a) which incline and extend towards the side of the discharge opening (113) in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the mixing shaft (120) relative to the mixing barrel (110), and a plurality of second mixing vanes (121b) which incline and extend towards the side of the feed opening (111) in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the mixing shaft (120) relative to the mixing barrel (110), and bulge parts are arrayed and formed on the radial outer end surface of each first mixing vane and each second mixing vane (112a, 112b).
