Abstract:
The invention relates to a mixing accessory (10) for a food preparation appliance, comprising a frame (12) connected to a drive head (11) and comprising a first side arm (13) and a second side arm (14) that meet at their respective lower ends, with a lower arm (16) extending to the first side arm (13), an upper arm (15) extending to the first side arm (13) above the lower arm (16), and an intermediate arm (17) extending to the second side arm (14), a central core (18) extending inside the frame (12) along the axis of rotation (20), the upper arm (15) and the lower arm (17) extending to the central core (18), the central core (18) having a lower end that terminates at a distance from where the lower ends of the first side arm (13) and of the second side arm (14) meet. According to the invention, the central core (18) extends into the middle third of the frame (12) in the direction of the axis of rotation (20), the lower arm (16) extends to the central core (18), and the upper arm (15) rises from the central core (18) to the side arm (13). The invention also relates to a food preparation device, such as a food processor or an electric whisk, comprising a working receptacle, a motor, a drive unit and at least one mixing accessory (10) of the aforementioned type.
