Abstract:
The mixing device is equipped with a swirling flow generation chamber for generating a swirling flow, a first inflow port for introducing a first chemical solution into the swirling flow generation chamber, a second inflow port for introducing a second chemical solution into the swirling flow generation chamber, an outflow port through which a mixed chemical solution of the first chemical solution and second chemical solution flows out, a constriction chamber provided between the swirling flow generation chamber and the outflow port, the constriction chamber having a space that constricts continuously toward the outflow port, and a holding portion having an apical end extending in a direction parallel to the center line C of the swirling flow generation chamber, the holding portion holding the swirling flow generation chamber.
