Abstract:
In an "inter-site CA", even in a case of performing such operations that for C-plane signals, communications are performed via SRB in a cell (#1) under control of a radio base station (eNB #1), while for U-plane signals, communications are performed via DRB in cells (#11/#12) under control of radio base stations (eNBs #11/#12), when an abnormality in a layer (2) is detected, an appropriate action is to be taken. According to a mobile communication system of the present invention, radio base stations (eNBs #11/#12) are configured such that when an abnormality is detected in the layer (2) of a downlink to a mobile station (UE), the radio base stations (eNBs #11/#12) each perform a predetermined notification for a radio base station (eNB #1).
