Abstract:
To specify any communicating mobile station (UE) in a phantom cell, in a wireless base station (PhNB) managing the phantom cell. This mobile communications method has: a step in which a wireless base station (eNB#1) starts a "Non-contention based RA protocol" or a "Contention based RA protocol" with a mobile station (UE#1) communicating in a cell (#1) under control of the wireless base station (eNB#1); and a step in which the mobile station (UE#1) notifies the wireless base station (eNB#1) of a C-RNTIph allocated in a cell (#10) other than the cell (#1) using the "Non-contention based RA protocol" or the "Contention based RA protocol".
