Abstract:
Disclosed are a mobile coverage interface control apparatus and method. The method comprises: a network side receives global positioning system (GPS) position information reported by access network nodes, and calculates, according to the GPS position information reported by each access network node, a distance between every two access network nodes; and the network side issues, if the distance between every two access network nodes is smaller than or equal to a first set threshold, a transmitting power adjustment command to one or both of the two access network nodes, the transmitting power adjustment command being used for instructing the access network nodes to turn down transmitting power.
