Abstract:
This control apparatus controls a mobile object moving device that moves a mobile object such as a mounting head, and includes a feedback compensator (56) that feeds back a detection signal from position detection portions (45, 46) for detecting a position of the mobile object to control the mobile object moving device so as to match a position of the mobile object to a position instruction. The control system also includes a bandpass filter (52) that passes through a signal component of a predetermined frequency band corresponding to a disturbance oscillation frequency band out of the detection signal of the position detection portion, and a multiplier (53) that converts the signal component of the predetermined frequency band passed through the bandpass filter to an oscillation compensation signal by multiplying the signal component by a predetermined gain. The control system is also configured to correct the detection signal of the position detection portion with the oscillation compensation signal and to feed back the corrected signal.
