Abstract:
A mobile phone frame and a manufacturing method. The mobile phone frame comprises a composite board (25); the composite board (25) encloses an accommodation space for accommodating a mobile phone, the composite board (25) comprises a first board body (5) and a second board body (16), and stripes are formed on a first side surface of at least one of the first board body (5) and the second board body (16); the first side surface of the second board body (16) is in rolling connection to the first side surface of the first board body (5), and stripes (14) in which the distance between every two adjacent stripes (14) is 0.005-0.03 mm account for more than 90% of the total number of stripes. By roughening the first side surface of the first board body, stripes are formed on the first side surface of the first board body, so that the area during rolling of the first board body and the second board body is increased, and the bonding strength of the composite board formed after the first board body and the second board body are compounded is higher, thereby ensuring that the bonding of the mobile phone frame is firmer.
