Abstract:
Disclosed is a mobile straw torrefaction and carbonization treatment in-situ returning method, comprising the following steps: straw collection, torrefaction and material storage, sealed feeding, carbonization, and rotary tillage and returning. The method uses a straw collection system, a torrefaction and material storage system, a sealed feeding system, and a carbonization system which are sequentially connected. The present invention further provides a special device for the method. According to the method and device of the present invention, the mobile collection, crushing, torrefaction, carbonization, and returning of straw are integrated into a whole, so that torrefaction, carbonization, and in-situ returning of straw are achieved, and disadvantages such as difficult thorough decomposition and induction of pests and diseases due to the direct returning of straw to the field are overcome; moreover, the direct returning of biochar to the field can facilitate the improvement of the structure of soil and functions as a slow-release fertilizer. In addition, pyrolysis gas generated by carbonization enters a volatile component combustion chamber again for combustion, so that cyclic utilization of the pyrolysis gas is achieved, and pollution caused by tar emission is also reduced.
