Disclosed is a mobile terminal antenna module, comprising a substrate, a high-frequency antenna and signal processing modules, wherein the substrate comprises several conductor layers and several dielectric layers; the high-frequency antenna comprises high-frequency antenna sub-units; the number of signal processing modules is the same as the number of high-frequency antenna sub-units; each of the high-frequency antenna sub-units comprises a high-frequency antenna radiator and a high-frequency antenna reference ground; the high-frequency antenna radiators are arranged on a first conductor layer or are simultaneously arranged on the other conductor layers; the high-frequency antenna reference grounds are arranged on a second conductor layer or are simultaneously arranged on the other conductor layers, and the conductor layers that the high-frequency antenna reference grounds are arranged on are electrically connected by means of first metallized via holes; the high-frequency antenna radiators and the high-frequency antenna reference grounds are respectively electrically connected to the signal processing modules by means of first feed circuits and second feed circuits; and the signal processing modules transmit, by means of third feed circuits and signal transmission lines, processed high-frequency antenna signals to a signal post-processing circuit.
