Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a use of a protein in a cell culture, which is a method comprising applying sDSS1 protein to cell culture, thereby improving cell culture efficiency. By adding the sDSS1 protein to a culture solution, the level of cellular ROS can be effectively reduced, so as to reduce cell death, improve the number of cells, and maintain the differentiation ability of stem cells. sDSS1 protein has important application value in cell culture involved in scientific research, medical treatment and industrial production.
