Abstract:
Disclosed are a mobile terminal and a method thereof for adjusting the brightness of VR glasses. The method comprises: when a VR glasses application program is started, a mobile terminal reducing the screen brightness of the mobile terminal; after the VR glasses application program is started, adjusting the screen brightness of the mobile terminal according to a pre-set relationship between a time and a brightness value; and when a pre-set time is reached, restoring the screen brightness of the mobile terminal to an initial value before adjustment. By means of the method, the discomfort caused to the eyes of a user by the screen brightness can be prevented when the user has just started a VR glasses application program, and eye fatigue caused by the stimulation of screen light rays is alleviated.
