Abstract:
A vehicle-side unit (110) has a vehicle control section (130). When an interface section (122) provided to a service-side unit (120) receives an access request for a vehicle, the vehicle control section wirelessly communicates with an onboard device (2) installed in a target vehicle to be accessed, and thereby accesses the target vehicle. The vehicle control section executes relay control with respect to control instructions exchanged between the vehicle control section and the onboard device.
