Abstract:
A cell linker and a cell modified by an agent linked thereto, wherein the agent is conjugated to a phospholipid via a sortase recognition motif, and the phospholipid with the conjugated agent is incorporated into the cell membrane of the cell. A method for obtaining the modified cell, as well as the use of the modified cells for delivering agents such as drugs and probes.
