Abstract:
Provided is a resin composition including a conjugated polyene and a modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol resin having 1-16.5 mol% of a primary hydroxyl group structural unit in a side chain as a modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol resin composition having excellent thermal stability that permits the workability, especially the stretching workability, to be improved while having a gas barrier property and biodegradability by suitably lowering the crystallization rate of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol resin, five or more melting peaks being observed when analyzed according to specific analysis conditions by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
