Abstract:
Disclosed are a modified polyol acrylate, a shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylic acid water reducer and a preparation method therefor, relating to the technical field of building materials. The modified polyol acrylate is prepared by using graphene oxide and a silane coupling agent to modify polyol acrylate. Polyol acrylate is selected from dipropylene glycol diacrylate, dipropylene glycol monoacrylate, and a mixture thereof. Modification of polyol acrylate by graphene oxide and the silane coupling agent, addresses the issue of easy delamination of polyol acrylate in water, greatly increases the water solubility thereof, and increases the efficiency of free radical polymerization in the solution of dipropylene glycol diacrylate and dipropylene glycol monoacrylate. The provided shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylic acid water reducer contains modified polyol acrylate and polyether macromonomers. The water solubility and reactivity of shrinkage-reducing functional monomers are increased, thereby enhancing the shrinkage reduction performance of the product.
