Abstract:
The present invention provides a modifier that has an alkoxysilyl-vinylene group and an addition-reactive functional group and can react with organopolysiloxane to introduce an alkoxysilyl-vinylene group. The present invention pertains to: a modifier composed of a bis-silane compound represented by general formula (1); a method for producing same; and a use thereof. (In the formula, R1's are each independently a C1-20 monovalent hydrocarbon group that may have a substituent, R2's are each independently a C1-20 alkyl group that may have a substituent or a C3-20 cycloalkyl group that may have a substituent, and a is an integer of 1-3.)
