Abstract:
A wetter (surface treatment agent) is provided with which it is possible to incorporate a filler into a silicone composition to a high degree and to provide a composition which, even when stored over a long period, changes little in viscosity. Provided are a one-end-modified organopolysiloxane represented by general formula (1) (wherein the R1 moieties are each independently an optionally substituted C1-C20 monovalent hydrocarbon group, the R2 moieties are each independently an optionally substituted C1-C20 alkyl group or an optionally substituted C3-C20 cycloalkyl group, a is an integer of 1-3, and n is a number of 1-300) and a silicone composition comprising the one-end-modified organpolysiloxane and a filler.
