Abstract:
A modular air outlet opening assembly, which comprises at least two air outlet opening sub-modules and housing connection members (4), each air outlet opening sub-module having a different function and able to be matchingly engaged in a sealed fashion, and the air outlet opening sub-modules comprising a front-mounted sub-module and a rear-mounted sub-module; the front-mounted sub-module comprises a front-mounted outer housing (11) and a front-mounted functional component (12), and the front-mounted outer housing (11) has a standard air inlet interface portion; the rear-mounted sub-module comprises a rear-mounted outer housing and a rear-mounted functional component, and the rear-mounted outer housing has a standard air outlet interface portion and a standard air duct opening interface portion; a rotatable connection facilitates matching engagement at an interface area between the standard air inlet interface portion and the standard air outlet interface portion, and fixation and determination of a relative angle is facilitated by means of the housing connection members (4). A modular approach is utilized to design the air outlet opening assembly, and a relative mount angle between the air outlet opening sub-modules can be adjusted by means of switching out different housing connection members, and consequently a mount limitation inside a vehicle is avoided, redesign of a part such as a housing is avoided, and mold development expenses and related costs are reduced.
