Abstract:
Disclosed is a modular rail vehicle body. The body comprises a roof (1), a side wall (2), a chassis (3), an end wall (4) and a cab framework (5); the roof (1) has an elongated arc top structure; the side wall (2) has a monolithic structure or a split structure, and the side wall (2) is mainly composed of a side wall top profile (21) and several side wall units (22); the side wall units (22) each are formed by welding profiles of several parallel door pillars (221) and a side wall panel (222), and the extension directions of the profiles of the door pillars (221) and the side wall panel (222) are both distributed perpendicularly to the side wall top profile (21); the chassis is mainly composed of a chassis side beam (31), a floor side profile (32), a floor middle profile (33), a sleeper beam (34), a traction beam (35) and an anti-side roll mounting base (36); the connection between the roof (1) and the side wall (2), between the chassis side beam (31) and the floor side profile (32), and between the floor side profile (32) and the floor middle profile (33) is realized using a lap joint (76) or a butt joint. The top layer of the body is designed to optimize the body structure and the profile section, improving the versatility and the share rate.
