Abstract:
Provided are a moisture absorption/treatment material in which it is possible to adequately ensure the solidifying strength of granular bodies after use while suppressing reductions in moisture absorption, and a method for manufacturing the material. A moisture absorption/treatment material 1 comprises granular bodies 10 and granular bodies 20 that absorb liquid. The granular bodies 10 have a core part 12 and a coating part 14. The core part 12 is formed in a granular shape. The coating part 14 contains an adhesive material and completely covers the core part 12. The granular bodies 20 have a core part 22 and a coating part 24. The core part 22 is formed in a granular shape. The coating part 24 contains an adhesive material and partially covers the core part 22.
