Abstract:

The present invention relates to a mold for forming EPP foam. A mold for forming EPP foam according to the present invention includes: a core mold provided with a plurality of core forming parts; a cavity mold provided with a plurality of cavity forming parts associated with the plurality of core forming parts; a filler gun insertion hole formed between the plurality of cavity forming parts; a guide groove formed between the plurality of core forming parts for receiving the peripheral surface of a filler gun inserted in the filler gun insertion hole when the core mold engages the cavity mold; and a gate formed in the bottom of the guide groove having both sides provided with a blade part.
